acknowledge that any reliance upon the advice, opinions,
statements or other information imparted or rendered as part of
the Service shall be entirely at your own risk. The Service is
offered "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either
express or implied. See also Vault's
Terms of Use. Any information or other intellectual property
submitted to Vault by you shall become Vault's property and no
representations are made with respect to the use of such
property except as contained in Vault's
Privacy Policy. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns on
Vault purchases; all sales are final.
